Mindaugas Žičkus gives a flying start to LCLC Guest Lectures initiative.
4th March was special not only that it marked the anniversary of the premiere of Swan Lake, but also the first LCLC Guest Lecture at ISM University of Management and Economics “Consumer insight: business, art and science” (“Klientų įžvalga: verslas, menas ir mokslas”).
The lecture commenced with a discussion on the vital role that information plays within today’s businesses. Data driven insights are used to recommend products and services, drive pricing decisions, optimise direct marketing, the structure of the website as well as shopping selections. Mindaugas introduced practical examples of consumer insight applications within retail and e-commerce through his work with Tesco, Kroger, Unilever, Amazon and Netflix.
Mindaugas‘ lecture attracted vast attention not only from university students, but also from Lithuanian business people.
