London City Clubs United 2009 Inaugural Meeting
Five Eastern European organisations met at the exclusive members Club Eight in the City of London on 12th of March 2009. The Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Ukrainian-British, Polish and Georgian City Clubs were established by professionals working in London, with the aim of promotion of their own countries and facilitating the exchange of contacts with international business. The evening was aimed at the development of networking opportunities and defining future collaboration. All the participants were representatives of the prominent companies from investment banking, law, marketing and commerce. During the official speaches, five presidents: Linas Ciapas(LCLC), Irina Tymczyszyn (UBCC), Roksana Ciurysek (PCC), Zarko Iankov (executive commitee BCC) oraz Archil Kekelia (GCC) have introduced respective Clubs and expressed interest in further join events in the near future. The first United City Clubs event was a total success and has received warm support from Clubs members. Hopefuly it marks the beginning of successful co-operation between professionals from Central and Eastern Europe.
