LCLC Panel discussion about Effective Networking
In May this year LCLC hosted a professional development panel discussion "Make Your Network Work For You" aimed at experienced professionals.

Participants discussed how effective networking affects your personal and professional development, and tried to answer such questions as: What is networking? Why is it important for your development? How can you create an effective network that would help you identify opportunities? How to use your network strategically to reach your developmental goals? Panel members also shared their personal experiences on how having an effective network helped them progress towards their goals.

The panel consisted of:
- Byron Clayton, Former Vice President, Head of Human Resources at AstraZeneca, London, UK;
- Lalaine Rodriguez-Valdes, Former Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner-Retail Banking, WM and Risk, Philippines; and
- Robina Royer, Marketing and Business Development Manager, Analysis Group, Los Angeles, California.

The discussion was moderated by Asta Sendonaris, LCLC Board member and former Vice President at Analysis Group, Menlo Park, California.
