Global Lithuanian Leaders Pro Clubs Conference. The celebrations will begin with a curated afternoon of speaker-led presentations, panel discussions and fireside chats, exploring a question of what future we are building together. Across three to four sessions, leading voices from finance, technology and culture fields will share perspectives on the opportunities shaping our industries — with generous intervals for the networking that has always been at the heart of LCLC.
As the afternoon draws to a close, the conversation will continue in a social setting over a drink — the perfect time to raise the first glass to the LCLC’s anniversary.

Panel 1: Who Will Build the Future?

What does it take to develop and scale world-class talent in the age of AI? This panel brings together founders, educators, and global business leaders to explore the human capital foundations of future growth — moving beyond theory to address the practical realities of building high-performing individuals and teams that can compete globally.

Panel 2: Who Will Run the Future European Economy?

The global economy is being rewritten. Capital is moving, alliances are shifting, and the map of where value is created is changing fast — with Eastern Europe increasingly at the centre of that story. This panel asks what the future economy actually looks like, and where Lithuania fits within it. From emerging sectors and investment flows to the ambitions of a small nation with outsized potential, this is a conversation about what comes next — and how Lithuania intends to help shape it.

Day 2 | 4 July

Evening dinner is included in your ticket

The evening brings the centrepiece of the weekend: a black-tie dinner featuring guest speakers, reflections on LCLC’s journey and lively entertainment. Dinner and drinks are included in your ticket. Doors open from 6pm at the Institute of Directors, Mayfair (scroll down for venue details). The morning and afternoon are yours to enjoy at leisure. For those who would welcome it, a select number of curated experiences will be available throughout the day — allowing you to explore London freely or in good company of the locals, as you prefer. For those wishing to make a full weekend of the celebrations, Sunday will offer an optional hosted brunch and guided cultural tour of London. Casual networking to solidify connections made over the weekend. Details and booking information to follow.

Lithuanian opera and theatre director, producer, and co-founder of Vilnius City Opera. Based between London and Vilnius, her work has helped shape contemporary opera and theatre across Europe. She is known for bold, visually striking productions that bring fresh energy to classic works.

He began acting as a child and later became known for his work in film and television, as well as his award-nominated directing career.
